“Where nature and imagination come together in art.”

Dina Art Photo
I’m Dina Furrer, founder of Atelier DAP and fine art photographer. In Atelier DAP I showcase a changing collection of artists as well as exhibiting my own work. My aim is to bring as many people as possible in touch with art. Big art and small art.

My photos are inspired by nature: landscapes, trees, and flowers. Wat seems realistic at first, will surprise you once you take a closer look. Behind my camera and in my studio I bring my vision to life. As a fine art photographer I focus on the subtle details that evoke emotions and stories.

Art leaves room for your own interpretation, and that makes it special. Everyone sees something different. I invite you to escape reality with my fine art photos and enter a different world.
Some works are available in special editions, such as 1 of 10 or 1 of 8.

Fine art Landscapes
Every place in the world is unique. With my fine art landscape, I capture the beauty of our world, from untouched pieces of nature to breathtaking views. Every landscape tells a story, not only about what it is now, but also about what we might want to preserve for the future. Through my nature photos I share the magic of places that have touched me – views that show the strength and fragility of our world. Admire these landscapes and be inspired to appreciate the beauty of nature in your own environment.

Artist Statement
‘My art invites you to look beyond the surface and rediscover the familiar. I’ve found that when you look more closely, you gain a deeper appreciation for what you see. Nature is so impressive, and I hope to convey this sense of awe.’
With my photography I aim to point out the beauty of nature and life. I try to add a touch of wonder and create that subtle moment when something ordinary suddenly becomes extraordinary.
My work stems from a love for the quiet beauty inherent in nature, often overlooked in our daily lives. I capture flowers, trees, and landscapes in all their strength, creating images that feel familiar, yet, through my imagination, tell a new story.
Working intuitively, experimentally, and with great attention to detail, I translate fleeting impressions into visual creations. Using my Canon, I capture these visions and transform them in my studio. Playing with light, colors, and details, I work to compose the image I’ve envisioned in my mind.
I invite you to take your time, zoom in and zoom out, and uncover all hidden layers. Pause to reflect on the simplicity and vastness of nature. Feel what you see and allow yourself to be surprised and inspired.

Biography
Dina grew up on a farm in North-Brabant (the Netherlands).
With her father, who was a (horticulturist or gardener) she regularly went on
walks through the Dutch polder. She enjoyed the landscapes and the frost on the
trees and here her love for nature was born. Since she was twelve, she took her
camera with her and started shooting her first landscape photographs.During her laboratory training, Dina worked in
tropical forestry in Brazil and conducted research on rose cultivation in
Ecuador. The intense colours and vastness of nature inspired her to start the
Photo Academy. Driven by the question of how to express nature’s strength
through light, colour, and composition, Dina graduated with a specialization in
still life photography. After a while of focusing on portrait photography, she
went all in on fine art photography, specializing on landscapes and
flowers. Her artworks seem normal at first sight but invite you
to keep discovering more with a closer look. In every image she tells a story
about the magic of the moment, the silent power of a flower or the hidden
secrets of a landscape.Dina exhibits her work both nationally and
internationally, inspiring a growing audience with her imaginative, detailed
style to find the extraordinary in the ordinary.
